RgHotelView - Terms of Use

1. What RgHotelView is

RgHotelView is an internal tool operated by Reisegiganten. Its purpose is to publish hotel and destination marketing videos, produced by or for Reisegiganten, to YouTube channels owned and operated by Reisegiganten (currently @restplass, @AfbudsrejserDK, @sistaminuten, and @AkkilahdotFi), consistently and without the branding, channel, or metadata mistakes that can occur when this is done by hand across four markets. It is not offered to, or usable by, the public.

2. Who may use it

Use of RgHotelView is limited to employees and contractors of Reisegiganten who have been granted access through the company's existing internal systems. There is no separate registration process, and no accounts are issued to anyone outside the company.

3. Acceptable use

• RgHotelView may only be used to publish video content that Reisegiganten owns or has the rights to distribute.
• Use must comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines.
• Users must not attempt to use RgHotelView to circumvent YouTube API quota limits or policies, including by creating duplicate projects or credentials for that purpose.

4. No warranty

RgHotelView is an internal operational tool provided as-is, for internal use, without any warranty of availability or fitness for purposes beyond its stated internal use.

5. Changes

Reisegiganten may modify, extend, or discontinue RgHotelView, and these terms, at any time, as an internal engineering decision.
